The corporate member is responsible for notifying Kings Gate via email to membership@kingsgatetx.com when a team beneficiary is no longer approved and should be removed from access. Corporate members must provide one (1) full business day for Kings Gate to process beneficiary removal requests.
Corporate Day Pass Allotments
Based on membership level, corporate memberships include a pre-determined monthly credit of day passes that may only be used by pre-approved team beneficiaries (pass users). These passes are assigned to the corporate team account and renew monthly. Monthly passes do not accrue or rollover.

Corporate Day Pass Usage
Each day pass is valid for one-time use only by an approved team beneficiary.
Please note that day passes are not transferable. If you are purchasing a pass for a guest who is not part of your approved corporate team beneficiaries list, you must buy an individual day pass under that person's name at the regular/non-member day pass rate.
Corporate Beneficiary Access
Day passes, meeting room credits, and printing credits are only usable during Kings Gate’s staffed business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
Pass Access:
On the day of pass usage, the approved user must check in at the front desk to verify day pass availability under the team's account. The day pass will then be redeemed from the team’s allocated pass count.
If the team's pass allocation has reached a zero balance for the month and the user is verified, the host will automatically process the purchase of an added day pass to the team's account for use that day. Passes must be paid in full before they can be used. If a form of payment is not on file to complete the purchase, the user will be denied access or allowed to purchase a pass at their own expense at the regular/non-member rate.
Purchasing AdditionalDay Passes
Corporate members can buy discounted day passes to replenish their team’s day pass allocation when their pass balance reaches zero, or as needed when increased need is anticipated. Contact the Kings Gate Member Experience Host to process the purchase of additional passes.
Purchased passes will roll over and accrue if unused in the month of purchase. All passes expire upon membership termination.
All additional day passes are non-refundable and require upfront payment.
